If you want to go by performance, for the good it does your hair, then it would have to be Sunsilk. But I don't really like the smell. And I find that you need to wash your hair EVERY DAY to have it look good. If you leave it for more than that, it looks greasy.

The Fructis smells wonderful. And it leaves your hair clean. But that's about all the good I can say about it. I have really flyaway hair. My grandma calls it "dandelion fluff". I find I have to use four Fructis products just to get my hair to behave decently--shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, and styling gel. If I don't use all those steps, my hair looks like I just crawled out of a wind tunnel.

Garnier Fructis rules. I use the Long and Strong formula, and I can really tell the difference between it and other shampoos. It smells good and it's a really thick formula, which is different from thinner based shampoos. Sunsilk doesn't compare to it in my opinion.

I hate sunsilk! it makes your hair look oily from the moment you get out of the shower. i'll never buy it again, definitely garnier fructis!
