Can anyone here explain exactly how you talk in a Donald Duck voice.

Constrict you vocal chords and throat, and move your lips in mostly a side-to-side sort of motion.

you push your tounge to the roof of your mouth, then you sorta blow and hold your breath at the same time. (It's kinda hard to explain) then you move your mouth in different ways to make the Donald Duck sound/voice. Hope this helps.

Its something to do with forcing air through the side of your mouth and and around you tongue.
I should know my dad talked to me like that when i was 2 he had a shock when i did it back!!

via fact thats his trademark. he's an previous character and absolutely everyone remembers him conversing like that. it may be weird and wonderful to easily replace it suddenly. additionally, it makes him diverse. if all of the characters talked the comparable way it may be uninteresting.
