Whenever i pass her she say "hi!" and she always stares at me. I dont want to hurt her feelings but i dont want to go out with her.

So don't ask her out if you don't like her that would be worse. Just keep saying hi and don't lead her on in any way. She may get over you soon.

Just don't encourage her. You can hardly walk up to her to tell her you don't want to go out with her --if she was just being friendly toward you, you will have made an *** of yourself.

lol she stares? maybe she thinks your wierd. ask her whats she is looking at. she'll probably be like jerk or tell you off. either way she'll get the hint and stop staring.
