whenever I have to hold ANYONE's hands, mine start to sweat. I try to avoid it, but I can't really not hold my bf's hand. what is the reason for this? am I just weird? is this normal? or not? ahh.

Normal. Not gross either. It happens. Two warm hands are stuck together... of course they'll sweat. Besides, the boy probably thinks it's his hand that's sweating, and he's probably embarassed too. Usually if my hand started to sweat with a guy, I'd unhold his hand and say "sorry, it's a little warm." Most guys don't care. And if some guy does care, he's a loser anyway.

Don't worry, there are many people who sweat more than than a normal amount. Usually feet, armpits and hands are the most common places to be overly sweaty. I'd just discuss it with your bf, he'll understand. It is not wierd at all though, no need to worry.

Its ok cause guys sweat alot too so he wont hate you for sweating but if you avoid holding hands he'll think you have no interest in him anymore.

It's completely normal.
It results from the emotions you feel from holding your significant other's hand, possibly some nervousness, and the fact that your skin is really warm--when next to his, it's even warmer, so your hand sweats to cool itself down. It might seem kind of gross, but it happens to everyone--so don't sweat it.

I used to have some anxiety and was normally nervous. especially around guys. and it was in my teen years. It's not anywhere near what it used to be. I just got over it. You will become more comfortable in your own skin after awhile. just right now you have a lot of things to get used to and change in your body. don't worry. just wipe your hands on your pants before you hold his hand.

If you find it a bit weird, try laughing or making a joke about it with him!! Don't worry, your normal. When people get nervous, excited, or hyper their hands can sweat. Mabey his hands do that too...and thats why it's extra sweaty!!

Some people just have active sweat glands in their hands. That might be what's going on with you.

It is a normal thing. I do the same thing with my husband. It is nerves. You are just excited about it. His probably sweat too but you just don't notice.

well maybe you are nervous about sweationg so you sweat or maybe its genetic so hopefully youll be holding hands in no time...good luck
