Get a bottle of witch hazel from wal mart about 3-4 bucks. Use it night and morning. Maybe get some cotton balls and clean each pimple and throw the ball away. Once you're clear then just use a wash cloth and your face will be good. It is a natural astringent and it neutralizes the PH of the skin. Very cheap and my daughters had beautiful skin. don't use antiplaque tooth paste either. some people are allergic to it and it causes pimples around the mouth and cheek area. My daughter went through this. Took a lot to figure it out but it was the paste. Good luck.

Im not sure about the dark spots, but as for pimples, this is what has ALWAYS worked for me: Take Antioxidants, not just a regular multi vitamin, but the ones that actually say Antioxidant on the front of the bottle. Within 3 days, my pimples were always gone. Also, this may sound dumb, but when I have even popped them, squirting Contact Lens cleaner, not saline solution, but the actually cleaner inside the popped pimple will help it heal so much faster, than just popping it and doing nothing. I read stories where people claim that if you squirt eye drops for redness in a popped pimple, that will take the red away, that is so not true. PS, dont think of the contact lens cleaner as being toxic or poisonous, this stuff actually goes in your eye, and it does not burn, if it was in any way, they wouldnt make it for contact lenses. Ive even used the stuff to clean infections out.
