Hello everyone--
I'm trying to find out the general opinion of IE7. Is it worth downloding, or should I wait until a later date to do it? Thanks for your help.

My personal opinion is that IE7 is worth it. It has a lot of nice features. You can now do RSS feeds right from the browser.
The thing that I like best of all about it is the tabbed browsing.

I have downloaded it and the appearance is quite minimalist and may take some getting used to after using the older version for so long.
It is supposed to be more secure than the older version, but I can't really give an opinion on that as I am not tech savvy.
One positive thing about it is the ability to open new web pages in the same window with tabs rather than opening another window.
Overall, it is ok but nothing special.

IE7 sucks, firefox is a whole lot better. there are problems with IE7 loke pages not displaying right. I suggest you wait for a better version or download firefox now

Yes wait until absolutely necessary to install IE7... It seems to be causing people trouble in different ways.

general opinion. of a lot here say they want back to (ie6) b/c (ie7) is new and all new from the office (MS) has some problems well is new not many like it i dont use it myself i have tried out(IE7) and to tell you its **** no good lol

IE7 measure dup to FF 1. Now that version 2 is out, firefox is better. It has a spell chck. Thats the only diffrence ive noticed so far. Ive heard aobut after a crash it does an aout recovery, but i havent crashed yet

my advise to you man, don't use IE7.. it's not worth it.. it's crap.. better use Firefox, it's safer, faster, more customizable and best of all it's free.. if you want more reviews just go to this link below
