It means that if anyone gives you crap, he'll make sure the person/people that do it are "taken care of". So he pretty much has your back and will stick up for you if you're in trouble. He sounds like a sweet guy, you're lucky to have someone like that willing to protect you.

Oh... thats what my crush told me. That means if someone or something is bothering you, he will take care of it and you. He basically supports you and has your back.
