it depends like 10 and 14 is too old... 13 and 17 is ok...whats the 2 ages?

Not normally,,,But ,,,,how old are you???? If you are under 15 then 4 years is too much of an age difference.....

It depends...If the ages are 16 and 20, then I say Yes, but when u get to the 30's on up hell it all good!

No it's not but untill the 13 year old, in a year, when the other is 18, there souldn't be sexual activity, Untill the younger persor is 18. Otherwise the older person WILL be in trouble.

depends. the older you are, the less difference it will make. like you see a 4 year old and a 8 year old. thats a lot. but if you see a 100 year old and a 96 year old. thats not too much.

Depends, state laws vary, where I live its 16-24 that is acceptable under the law, best to check with your state as to what is appropriate

19 and 15 is wrong, but 21 and 25 is ok.
guess it all depends on how old the younger one is

If it is 20 and 24 ....no

it is very wrong. at age 13 the only thing you should be worried about are barbie dolls or dump trucks.
