help for 60 hrs + ?

a friend of mine said she heard of a program here in texas that offers financial help for college students with 60 hrs+ workign for thier degree.. has anyone else heard of a program like this?

The best thing is to talk to the financial aid people at the college or an admissions counselor. They know what is out there typically on state and federal programs.
