For those of you who are Christian Conservatives and want all the illegals to GO HOME because it's against the law that they are here as a Christian how do you feel about the laws in certain states the support and allow same-sex marriages?

The reason I ask is this...I support and follow GOD's law 1st. If God's law conflicts with the laws of my state or my nation I don't feel an obligation to follow the states law, agree with it or abide by it. God is first, country is 2nd. God's law says that homosexuality is a sin and therefore I cannot and will not support same-sex marriages even though the laws of the land may allow for it.

Should we just say that regardless of whether or not it's a sin or if God is displeased by it but solely because it's the law of the land we should just blindly follow it?

Pamela.....I AGREE 100%....I am also a Christian, and I know that man's laws, are not God's laws.....I follow a higher calling and don't just blindly agree with all laws, they are and can be UNJUST and even ungodly....

Doesn't it also quote to obey the Government laws.Instead of worrying about same sex marriage why don't you outlaw divorce isn't that adultery when you divorce and remarry. You can't just pick and select which laws you like which laws you don't. Why do you think all those 3rd world countries are always fighting a bloody holy war . You just can't arrange things to fit your own agenda then what's the point of having faith if you arrange things to fit your own agenda what you are really saying is faith doesn't work but how you think is what counts and you are the sheep who must be awoken

Jesus would not promote the overrunning of the government structure by this massive influx of people who come here and in many cases add an additional tax burden to communities for school expansions, welfare costs, health care costs etc
helping your neighbor and loving your neighbor is one thing but being ran over by them is something else

did you know mexico is not a poor country and they are well able to take care of their own, but because of corruption they choose not to ,and as a result of continually saying ok we will take more we are then putting our stamp of approval on illegal immigration.
we have given 7 previous amensties when can someone say hey mexico you must take care of your own when ? what if i said the state you live in must take care of my state even though my state is able ,would your state say no way ? would you be mad your tax dollars are going to my state yes you would same thing mexico can and must take care of their own people ! and i could give you bible verses that would say illegal immigration is wrong .

The Bible says to follow the law of the land, so I don't see the conflict.

Don't mix apples and oranges. The topic is legal v.s. illegal, and same sex marriages among LEGALS is equality.

Pamela V,
Come back when you have a good argument or when you know what you are talking about.
