Try cutting down on her drinks and cracker. This has happened to me with all of my children. My 2 year old was a great eater for the first 18 months of her life. Now, she eats if she wants to. She isn't losing any weight and is very active. I try to keep her away from the snacks and then she will usually eat her meals. Remember a banana or half an apple is enough for a stomach their size. She won't let herself starve.

As you stated, this is totally normal and it will more than likely change quicker than you think.
I would cut out the crackers for now (or severely limit them) and reduce her water intake (milk should be okay because it's high in fat and that's what she needs). Keep offering a variety of healthy foods several times a day and if she doesn't eat them don't stress. As long as she's getting fluids and has energy there's nothing to worry about.
One suggestion, if she likes eggs make an omlet or quiche and fill it with vegetables and cheese! That's the easiest way for me to get veggies down my picky toddler's throat.

Offer her a variety of foods that you know she has liked in the past. Offer her things like carnation instant breakfast, or ovaltine drink mixed in her milk (Gives her vitamin and the calories she needs) If she doesn't start eating more in a couple weeks call the dr. just to get his feedback.

mine just recently quite doing this but i have just tried different types of foods and finally he is starting to eat more now. Just do not give her the foods you now she does not like and try other things. My son loves chex i just found that out. He loves them with milk so i give him that now and he likes peanut butter sandwiches. For a long time it was hard for me to find foods so i just kept trying all kinds of foods that i thought he may like and finally i stumbled on some so stuck with those. Now he is not so much of a picky eater
GOOD LUCK.

Try cutting down on snacks and juices between meals. But aother thatn that dont force her to eat, you dont want her to learn bad eating habbits. But if you must give her snacks try healthier ones like, apple slices, grapes, baby carrots, or things along those lines.

Our 2 year old is picky. I give him vitamins (kiderals) to supplement when he refuses to eat anything good for him. I can often get him to eat yogurt and apple sauce. He is growing and obviously gets enough to eat. He is healthy too, he rarely gets sick.

kelliemag is so right! no more snacky snacks. offer the drinks after she is finished eating. sit there and make sure she finishes a decent portion before you give her the juice/milk. REMEMBER: you are the mom. she has no choice!

Let her "play" with her food.Make a funny face on the plate like peas on mashed potatoes and ask her what will she eat first..the eyes ? the nose? etc.. It's fun too!
