If her clothing size is anywhere between a 7 and a 13 (in juniors), she is likely at a healthy weight for her frame (neither too thin or overweight). It's nearly impossible to speak of "healthy" in terms of height/weight because it depends so much on whether she's small, medium, or large boned. For example, I am 5'6" and weigh 140 pounds. In misses sizes I wear a size 10 (which would be an 11 in juniors). However, one of my best friends weighs 160 pounds and she is a size 6. The difference is, she is larger framed/boned. She can carry 20 more pounds that I can and still be smaller. Sorry if I'm rambling...I hope this makes sense. : )

According to a Table of Ideal Weight for girls a 5' 5" 13 year old girl's ideal weight is 120 lbs.

At 5'5 I would say about 135 to 145 is healthy anything under 125 would be way to skinny

my son is 9 hes 83 pds. he looks normal not fat girls are usually less but shes older ...her doctor they can tell u
