Hi. 600K means 600,000 thousand bytes. If you have a larger file than that you need to re-size it. There are programs that will do this for you and my favorite is IrfanView. : http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm
There are others that will allow you to do this.

The file size of any picture you want to use with the service must be 600K or smaller.

For reference, using an 8 (even a 6) megapixel camera shooting RAW (unedited) pictures, they may be about 4Mb (4,000K).
