I felt calm & peace after a short trip. But the stress is coming back once I'm back. I'm really lost. Everything didn't go smooth this year. My parents health have problems, brothers almost lost their jobs, me, myself, having an affair but it's over now.
My job is making me crazy. Lots of work loads & no one appreciated the effort I had put in.

What shall I do? I lose my confidence now.

First of all sit back and breathe, take in a breath through your nose slowly to the count of 5 hold it to the count of 5 then slowly blow it our your mouth to the count of 10. (if your lungs can't handle it shorten it to 4 and 8) Now repeat this 4 more times. Okay next, you really need to find someone, a professionall to talk with. I would suggest a minister/priest/rabbi, but if you have one you are comfortable speaking with you probably would have done that already right? If not try that, it doesn't have to be your minister/priest/rabbi, if that isn't a good option, or in addition to that go see your doctor. You can get into a lot more detail with your doctor than here and maybe there is some help there, at least let the doctor rule out anything physical. Even if there is nothing physical causing you to feel this way the stress might be causing physical problems. Plus your doctor might be able to point you in the right direction for someone to talk to. With the holidays coming up you need to get a grip on this before it gets worse. Remember at the end of the day your opinion is the only one that counts and if you have done the best you can do you should be really proud of yourself. Do some more breathing and smile. : )

You sound like me! I found that talking to God and exercise are a big help. Keeping some time for yourself and getting you to feel better about you seems to put a better light on life. You must appreciate yourself and make you feel good. Get a new hairdo, take a long walk alone and think. What is good for you and try to spend an hour a day in silence.
