Well, I used to way over indulge in alcohol. One day, while driving drunk, I had a really bad wreck. My car went up the side of a ridge and rolled back down to the street. So, I was one of the troubled ones. When my husband went to take care of the car (I had already been taken away by ambulance) the entire top of the car was completely collapsed except for the top of the driver's seat. He said that there was a large hand-print on the top of the driver's side. I believe that an angel placed his hand there to protect me. I was not living a godly life at all at that time. So, my answer is that I believe angels minister to loving people as well as troubled people. They simply do what God tells them to do. Peace.

Angels are everywhere. they are not just a messenger of God but most of all they are the reflections of God's Love. so no matter who we are and what we do the angels always there. they assist us always.the only thing you have to know is how to recognize ,how to communicate or feel there presence. when you call your guardian angel for assistance the angel always can't say no as long its for the good of your soul.

Angels go where ever they are needed. They are messengers and workers. Sort of like UPS delivering the wrath of God. Or just messages. Whether people chose to see them or hear them....that's another matter.

if they did visit ( which is a matter of opinion )
wouldnt it make sense that they help those who are troubled rather than those who are loving
