I have been at my job for 2 years now and have been interested in this particular guy for most of it. In the beginning it was a casual Hi! and a wave from down the hall; but recently when he has passed my cube, he stops by and asks how I've been, what I'm up to, how my day of vacation was, etc.
I got up the nerve to send him an email asking if he wanted to join me for lunch sometime to talk about our common love of dogs, as I had recently got a new puppy. He wrote back the next day explaining how busy he was; but that the following Wed. would be perfect if he can finish this big advertising project he has been working on. He then went on in the email to tell me that he wouldn't be in the office the following two days as he would be running some sort of marathon.
I realize I'm probably thinking too much into this; but I'm figuring if he wasnt' interested #1, he would not be stopping by to talk to me and #2, he wouldn't be telling me about his whereabouts.
Am I nuts??

No, you're not nuts... he's obviously interested in you, otherwise he wouldn't even bother to associate with you like he does.
Also, he's obviously a very, very busy man... just give him time to get his projects done & then see if his interest in you deepens... then you'll know.

You are not nuts just love sick..this guy does like you he is just busy just now but he will make time for you soon...I bet hes worth the wait.

Well get a little closer to him and find out how he feels about you or how he "feels" YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
