I know this may sound gross but wash her hair with dawn dish soap. This is very harsh and this is what they use to get oil out of the fur and feathers of animals that had been in an oil spill. I tried it and it works.

Lather up her head, and let the shampoo sit in her hair for 5 or 10 minutes so it penetrates through, then rinse normally.

go to a salon. they may have a powerful shampoo or chemical lotion that they can let sit in your daughters hair. make sure you bring the bottle of pink spray with you so they can see what ingrediants are on it incase they need to use something special or more powerful.

Wash her hair with apple vinegar and water. Rinse and dry, then apply virgin olive oil on her hair when it done. Leave in for couple of hours then wash with hair shampoo.

Yes, lemon juice in a bottle or fresh, and then lots of conditioner.
They actually sell hair lightener that is lemon juice and water...and tons more than a bottle of lemon juice.

Most Pink die is simi permanent, but will still leave a bit of tent on blonde hair even after bleaching....trust me. I would have her hair professionally died to a light brown to cover the pink. Or have them strip the pink out.

Try washing her hair with dish liquid. I have been told that it will at least help it fade faster.
