be specific. are there any special signs or stuff? like, my friend i met, we been hanging out for a while, and today after i told her bye, i turn around and she hits me to get my attention. i turn and ask what and she says i didnt hug her, but we never hugged before. am i weird? or is it something else?

Honestly, there is no sure way to know.
Girls are insane :)
But, if she talks to you often, and seems happy while doing so, or if she seems to want to spend time with you, that is usually enough to risk asking her out sometime.
