I purchased some gifts from a web site last night. Have a copy of my order # and was informed my account info had been emailed. Never got it. Tried to log back into the website today to look again at the gifts I had purchased but was not allowed. I'm concerned and it was important that the gifts be delivered ASAP! Their custumer service is available only Mon-Fri when I am working. What should I do?

Look on your credit card statement or any other info you have for a confirmation number, phone number to call etc. The company that processes the credit card frequently has contact numbers for the company in question. They won't give you the number, but they may call for you.

I ordered some downloadable software online several months ago and could not download it. The credit card processing company contacted the merchant and POOF...instant download.
