Get educated. Get your facts straight. I guess that is what you are trying to do here. If it was safe to breastfeed your child, then it was also safe to breastfeed another child. You should not go against the mother's wishes. If it were against the mother's wishes then it should have been a last resort after other alternatives were exhausted. Your reasoning for wanting to breastfeed in public is questionable. I cannot say it is definitely wrong, but it is questionable. It is not wrong to breastfeed discreetly in public. To make a show of it is inappropriate. You breastfeed to feed a child. That is all. Anything else is of little use.

I dont t hink this is a real question. you would have had to already be breastfeeding a baby in order to be producing milk, secondly.. if your niece is not normally breast fed.. she would not be able to latch on correctly.
If you are lactating and she is a breast fed baby... why would she care. They had wet nurses years ago when there was no such thing as formula and bottles. it was the only way your child would survive if you could not produce enough milk. Now that you know it upset your sister. ..dont do it again.

GIVE ME A BREAK you had no right what so ever to breast feed your sisters child. Personally you have issues. She need not leave this child with you anymore and believe you me I think she has a legal issue on her hands should she desire to turn you in. This is far out there and so wrong and sickening. Should you ask from now on lol go for it, surely you will never watch the child anymore unless your sister is as much an idiot as you sound to be

Maybe in other cultures this is acceptable, but here in the USA you don't hear too much about that kind of thing going on. She went away for awhile, did she not provide bottles for her child? If not you should have asked her what she wanted you to do about feeding baby. Breast feeding creates a strong bond between a mother and her child, maybe she felt that you were intruding on that.

Firstly, breastfeeding is a bond between MOTHER and child, not aunt and niece. Secondly, you definitely should have talked to your sister BEFORE doing it! Both of you should have made arrangements for a supplement (formula) if the mother hadn't bottled enough of her breast milk.

OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE HAVE NOT SEEN THRU YOUR SCAM!
I have read your other questions and know you are deperate for attention, you little whippersnapper!
Go get a life and stop saying things like you 'give your dad an erection' or your 'husband pees on you' or any of the 50 questions you have asked.........
THE WORLD HAS MANY MORE deserving people who need more attention - like the dying innocent kids in AFRICA or kids hurt in the war in the middle east - and all you selfish litle b**** thinks of is pervert thoughts!

OMG you poor girl. I think if your sister trusted you enough to watch her new born baby for that long, it is ok. You didn't do anything wrong. As long as the baby is healthy, I wouldn't even say anything to your sister...just in case she cares and gets mad at you. Maybe mention the situation to her like it happened to someone else. See what she says. That way you'll know what to do in the future when you watch her baby.

Yes, because that is very personal and she may not want your body fluids being given to her child. Have you been tested for all the diseases? I wouldn't want anyone doing that with my kid and I think you may be in trouble with her if you tell her now. But, I surely would ask and then that will be the answere about that too. Good luck.

Yes ,You did wrong You should have asked. In the future get permission. even though she is your sister. She might have her own personal feeling toward the subject. I would be angry, unless you had my permission.

Back in Mideval times queens didn't feed their babies, they had wet nurses who were women who were lactating and fed the babies. So it's used to be common practice. In modern times though and not knowing the relationship between you and your sister, I would have asked first.
