Oh man humans like the things they don have. but my advice is check what makes her like this guy and try to be better than him. try to know what does she likes and keep talking about it with her. try to act like you do not care about her. this will make her think about you.

You should keep her away from her friends and try to show your affection in little bits by like buying her drinks or hanging out with her. Her friends are your worst enemy.
