I am having huge maital problems, does anyone know of a website for free help. I feel like I have exhausted the issue with my friends but I really need to talk to someone.

Does you local hospital have a facility that has counseling? Some hospitals have program that are ran by grants and some people don't have to pay anything. You may also contact you department of public health. They are a wealth of knowledge.
