It's never easy after breaking up. My ex broke up with me after two years and it took me a long time to heal. There is no time frame for a heartbreak. Just take your time and when the time is right to move on with another relationship, you will know it.

when you love someone, and you think that your going to be with them forever, its really tough to get over a heartbreak. I'm not really sure what happened between yall, but i guess the first thing is that if she did something bad, is it forgivable? Is the love you feel for her and the time that you spent together worth fighting for? If it is then it's just a one day at a time thing. forgiveness doesn't happen overnight, trust and communication is something you have to build. But if you choose to forgive them then you have to give it 100% and once you do forgive you have to let it go. you can't bring it up in future disagreements, because it will never work that way.
Now if it is unforgivable and you just don't want to take a chance then you still have to take it one day at a time, and it's hard. Try to occupy your time doing other things, some of the things that make you happy and eventually it will get a little bit easier as the days come. I hope things work out the way you want them to, and i hope tha what i've said will lead you in the right direction....
