i met this cool girl in class and we have been hanging out after class like goig to lunch but never have gone out on a date or anything. i think she is really cool and we have talked about going out to dinner but she always seems to be busy. recently i was checking out her my space page and it says she is in a relationship. so thats why she probably always says she is busy. however i am confused why she wouldnt tell me she had a bf and why she would bring up going to dinner (it was her idea) if she was in a relationship. what should i do and think about this while situation. should i just leave it alone or pursue it. what is a girls intention when she doesnt mention her bf to another guy??

She has been leading you on..she likes the idea of being chased..she also could be lying about having a boyfriend either way she sounds very immature..find a better girl.

This applies to guys too.
In my experience, it is because the girl lacks confidence.
Even if she feels secure with her current boyfriend, the idea of being alone is too hard for her to handle, and doesnt want to eliminate another potential boyfriend, in case she breaks up with her current one.
This behaviour is very common, and it is unfair to everyone involved.
Another possibility is that she's just a big clock tease...
Either way, it sounds like you're better off without that one.

im pretty sure shes gonna cheat with you, or shes just interested but she doesnt want you to stop being her friend just cause she has a bf or somethin like that. You should probably wait it out to see what happens :-)

i would say you should ask her because some ppl (especially grls) will put that on their to keep the weirdo boys away. or she could have gotten out of a relationship and forgot to change it. best bet is to ask her.
