what is the likeliness that its a tapeworm?

its not a tapeworm, its not anorexia.im guessing she has an overactive thyroid.if it was tapeworm.... she'd be physically ill and throwing up and dizzy and just totaly sick. and the doctors would have known by now. its not anorexia because you dont go to the doctors to get fat if you're anorexic. the goal of an anorexic[physically] is to get thinnner. not fatter.... but an over active thyroid can occur at anytime. increasing your metabolism which makes you loose weight suddenly. and also if its an overactive thyroid. she might get hashimotos and get fat again by the time she's 50.

I think she's got anorexia but is in denial. Then maybe something clicked in her one day and she's decided to change it. Or maybe she's making a public statement so everyone will get off her back but she could easily carry on losing weight in the treatment facility (like I did) but in peace. I hope it's the former.

im not sure it is very possible though that it could be a tape worm but either was she need help she has some kind of disorder shes going to die if she doesnt get medical help it could be something big or small and easy to fix but ya help is need and before she just disopears!!!! iv had an ablinmic problem so im not butting her down im just concierned and worried for anyone with any disorder or health isue

If it's not an eating disorder, it could be a Hyperthyroidism which would cause her to drop excessive weight

I hardly doubt it. Many celebrities want to be thin! If it is, the doctor will figure it out.
