If I eat 800 calories a day and walk briskly for four hours, how much weight will I lose in a month?

you are over doing it. try 1200 calories and one 1/2 hours of walking.

it depends on your base metabolic rate. you could ball park it and say you would normally use 1800 calories a day, there fore you would be cutting out 1000 by reduction in food and walking uses apx 5 calories a minute so that would be 1200 more. There are 3500 calories in a pound.

These numbers don't sound safe. You will probably end up feeling weak and pass out. It is only safe to lose about 2 to 4 pounds a week.

800, that is way too little---the weight you would be loosing would be primarily muscle and water.

If you want to loose fat then you need to have a good combination of nutrition and working out. You should be eating 20% less than your daily maintenance calorie level. Any less and you can throw your body into starvation mode, where it will burn muscle for food and store fat.
