Okay, im 139 lbs and im only 5'2 or 5'3, and my boyfriend has a smaller stomach than i do, and it makes me feel really weird.. Tonight, he told me that it feels weird when he looks at other girls since he has a girlfriend, so i feel like im not small enough for him, so he doesnt wanna look at me. Anyway, i dont know why, thats just how i feel, can you tell me how to lose 20 lbs in 2 months? thanks

First of all, your boyfriend picked you out. If he feels "weird" when he checks out other girls, that is his issue, not yours for not being a size 2. I'm sorry, honey, he sounds like a cootie that doesn't deserve you.
Secondly, 20 pounds in 2 months is a lot of weight to lose, but you could get a good start by eating lean proteins- (chicken and fish, NOT breaded or fried) and cutting out bread, pasta, sugar, cereal, etc... That leaves you with a lot of chicken a vegetables (don't use butter- get the spray kind with no calories, its pretty good-) and use fat free salad dressing, and pay attention to how much you're using. Cut out drinks with calories, do diet coke, crystal light, water, etc...Ketchup and cheese also have calories that you oughta cut. The Atkins diet works if you like all that meat.
Get 30-45 minutes of exercise a day, even if you're doing laps at the mall.
I did this to lose baby weight- if you stick to it, it'll work.
And I hope you get yourself a different guy who doesn't blame his roving eyes on you. If you didn't feel like you needed to lose weight before you dated him- don't do it- get a different guy.
And I'm sorry, Ms. rice-and-oatmeal has eating issues. That is on the verge of anorexic, if not all the way. I know, cuz I was there for 8 years.

If your boyfriend really likes you, your size shouldn't matter; however, 20 lbs is not a bad goal for 2 months. I think you would do well with Hoodia and green tea. You will need to work out and not eat too many carbs. Protein like lean meat and carbs like vegetables and it is best to eat 5 smal meals per day instead of 3 large ones.

do NOTTTT make yourself feel bad based on what a guy says, even if he is your boyfriend!!!!
never!!!
if he is looking at other girls just because you are "bigger" than him (which i am sure you are not), then you should be looking at other guys...lol get a new guy.
well anyway, in order to lose weight, you have to be very determined.
start eating healthy!! cut out soda and replace it with water!!! You will notice a difference within a month if you stop drinkking soda!! in a year, you can lose up to 25 pounds by just replacing soda with water.
Replace junk food with fresh fruits...make fruit salads with like apples, pears, and bananas and have as a snack instead of candy.
work out at least 3 times a week!!
look in magazines for different work outs that you can put together yourself for something that will get the results that YOU want. I myself have my own workout that i follow every day, and it is based on excersises i have found in various magazines.
Here are some tips:
try lunges (thighs, butt)
sit ups (work first few reps, then build up to 20, then 40, the 50--keep going until you can get to 100. it will be difficult at first, but if u work at it, you will get there!)
try pilates, and buy an exercise ball to help you! they really do work!
pushups for your arms, do the "girl" ones, they are easier and still build muscle.
get moving! hide the remote, so you have to get up to change the channel instead of sitting there.
dance for half an hour to your favorite songs!!
start running! (i know, its difficult to get started, i started today! believe it or not, with my firend who is an experienced runner! go with a friend so you have motivation.) at first, start with a small track (go around your neighborhood for instance), and then the next day, try going further, and so on--build up distance, and your body gets used to it.
be determined that you want to do this.
and dont do this just because you want to look good for your boyfriend; you want to look good for YOURSELF and to be healthy.

im 106 lbs..... i know the feeling..... I feel waay fat and yeah... i know what your going through. Did you hear about Jenny Craigs "lose 20 lbs for $20 campaign?" It really works, i mean have you seen that woman lose 75 lbs? It is a fabulous way to go. If your boyfriend has a problem with your weight, thats his problem. Love who you are and don't let that jerk get in the way.

its easy: oatmeal 3X a day,no in-between snacks.. its difficult on the start but you will get used to it...im 5 ft tall about 4 years ago i weighed 160 lbs...now i weigh about a 100 lbs..now that im trimmed..to maintain my weight..my diet is oatmeal in the morning and evenings..i already eat rice on lunch but not more than a cup...all you need is self-discipline on the way you eat..

im actually going to be getting myself in shape during november and december since my boyfriend and i of 4 1/2 years are gonna be away form each other and can finally CONCENTRATE on getting in better shape. all you have to do is eat healthy and not consume to many calories. excersize is key. the point is to burn more calories than u consume. people count callories because 3,500 calories equals a pound. but of course even walking through the mall is gonna burn calories

Try a low-carb diet and don't drink any soda just water and green tea is awesome! and if you can try to get a little bit of exercise in, for sure you will loose the weight good luck!!!
