Like if i am hanging out with a girl but not going out and i look at other girls and the girl iam hanging out with gets mad.

Ha, i'd hate to be your girlfriend, Totally disrespectful. She's insecure, most women will not accept you ogling and having impure thoughts about other women & the fact your still thinking about how breath takingly beautiful she was means you feel no guilt so your not really sorry your looked. Get on your knees. Luckily there are men out there who have some self control and don't walk around panting at women like dogs.

we dont all do that. If I am with a guy that is looking at another girl I will just find some of my own eye candy and admit it. That or I will make a comment like, " I think she is hott to" its never that big of a deal.

Really ,the girl wants the attention to be on her not some other girl. All girl have a delicate ego. We are very competitive.

That is because when you are looking at another girl, she can see you looking at another girl, while when they are looking at other guys, they cannot see themselves looking at other guys...simple....
