Um...no. They may dismiss the broken windshield but I woudn't count on anything else being dropped. There's a slight...VERY SLIGHT chance that you'll get out of the whole thing if the officer doesn't show up to court, but driving without a valid license, especially after a DWI is SO not going to get you OUT of trouble. You'll be lucky if they don't take your license permanently.

Number one, 10 over? Why? Were you in a hurry or something? Number two, no driver's license? What, are you nuts? Number three, defective equipment? Whoa... that's just a big pile of shat that needs to be sorted quickly. I doubt that you'll get your license for a very long time now. It doesn't matter if you had a valid license or not, before OR after the SOS... All I have to say is you better be saving some money and re-take Driver's Ed....

No the tickets will not be dismissed because you were driving without a license. That charge will be added to the others and you will have to answer for all of them. Sorry.

Good chance you will just receive a ticket for driving with a suspended license. Which won't be cheap and will cause your suspension to maybe double in length.

Not likely. The fact that he may have told you that it was valid does not negate the facts. For all anyone knows the computers were down and he made a mistake. You're probably lucky you did not go to jail.
