BASIC JELLO SHOT MAKING DIRECTION
Ingredients & Methods:
6 ounces of spirits
6 ounces water
3 ounces Jello (small box, any flavor)
3 ounce Dixie PAPER Cups
Pour the water and vodka into a saucepan and raise it to a boil.
Stir in the jello and make sure it totally dissolves.
Put the jello liquid into a pitcher for easier pouring.
You'll need to pour the jello into the small Dixie cups.
If you let the jello sit in the refrigerator in one big bowl then the vodka will separate and you'll have some crappy shooters. (Use the little cups!)
Let them chill in the refrigerator for about 5-6 hours
Use paper cups, you can tear them open to get the Jello
Watch the Jello liquid carefully, it boils over fast
Make sure you have lots of space in the refrigerator
Allow plenty of time, it takes awhile
Speed things up by doubling quantities: 12 oz vodka, 12 oz water, 2 small boxes of Jello (or 1 large box)
To give you an idea of quantities, this is how much we used:
20 small Jello boxes (3 ounces/each)
2 handles of vodka (half gallon/each)
400 Dixie Paper Cups (3 ounce size)
6 small Jello boxes (3 ounces/each)
1 liter of vodka
84 Dixie Paper Cups (3 ounce size)

THAT'S GOING TO BE VERY RASPBERRY
You should use just plain old vodka and raspberry jello. Mix you jello and pour you chilled (need not be in the freezer) vodka in place of cold water, or clear liquor of choice. about 1/3 a bottle per box of jello is sufficient unIess you want to make raspberry bombers. Do not use any water use only liquor for those, but these are very tart and will get you very drunk very fast.

Make the jello like it says on the box, but when it calls for adding a cup of cold water, add the vodka instead.

Mix the jello with one cup of boiling water, stir until the jello is dissolved. Mix in one cup of the vodka. Pour into the little cups and refrigerate. Personally I prefer to make my jello shots with a combo of vodka and schnapps, but most people make them with all vodka.

you still need to add water cos vodka DOESN'T freeze. so if you put too much vodka it won't set & will be mushy. it would help if you put the vodka in the freezer or fridge. so just add maybe half water & half vodka, better try it out first

Instead of using the cold water, use the vodka. Refridgerate immediately, though, cause they'll take slightly longer to stiffen up.

I like to sub 3/4 of the amount of water called for with alcohol, my fav is actually everclear. Chilling the alcohol does help it set better, and refrigerate longer, as the alcohol doesn't set as fast.

common. in simple terms replace 0.5 of the water in the recipe with 80 data vodka or 80 data notwithstanding... in simple terms persist with the instructions on the container, yet while it says use 2 cups of water, use one cup of water and one cup of booze. positioned the jello in a ice cube tray.. one cube is approximately 0.5 a shot.
