so i really like this guy like more than you can imagine
but im sorta worried that its bad that i like him because theres a ton of other girls that like him to. should i like a guy that is adored by so many others? am i totally hopeless?!

You shouldn't worry about anything until he tells you he's not interested. You can like whoever you want. You need to find out how he feels before you build him up too much in your head without actually being in a relationship with him. Who cares if there's other girls out there, there will ALWAYS be other girls. It's how he deals with it and how he treats you. If he's a good guy he would choose to ignore the others and only pay attention to what matters to him the most. Hopefully that will be you.

I admit it's a crummy analogy, but in a lottery, there's 1 million-or-so tickets, and only one wins. Thus, there are 999,999 losers and only one winner. Does that mean you have no hope of winning? No, you still have a 1/1 000 000 chance of winning, which is a real chance. Think about it.
Of course, I do not endorse gambling in any way, and this situation you're telling us is not even gambling. Be your best self, keep your hopes up, and accentuate the positive about you, such as a love for art or science, or a talent for music or humor or something. I don't guarantee anything, but chances will likely be better if for you than them if you do this.

Well it depends on how he reacts to the attention from all of the women.
Does he show interest in you above the other? Do you think that he can give up the attention if you start dating. I say sit back and watch some more and then take it from there. You should be watching for his reaction to the other women.

its not pointless but still i'll advice you to open your eyes to others too. Maybe all the girls including you like him for that same character that you girls see in him. how would you know that no one else is looking at you the way you are looking at that guy.

nope you have just as much chance if not more than the other girls.

But like watch out for that whole good friend thing b/c i ended up liking a really good guy friend and it got really akward for a little while but things are all better now =]
