most of the time im sad cause i think of him and i dont want him to know that im sad so i act all happy in front of him since i dont know if we're friends again. this is so confusing!!!

Learn to smile when you're down, find the smallest little thing that is happy and focus on it.

I've learned there's a difference with faking happiness:
pretending there's nothing wrong (bad),
or despite all that is wrong (good),

yes I have with my husband, but he can always tell that something's wrong, even though when I fake being happy. He can read me like a book.
