Any Brazilian Portuguese speakers know if this is correct?

"Após nosso café da manhã, nos vestimos e vamos a sua escola."
I am trying to say, "After our breakfast, we dress and we go to his school". Thanks.

STOP WITH THIS SH*T: "BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE", ITS SIMPLY PORTUGUESE A PORTUGUESE COULD UNDERSTAND THIS SH*T AS WELL. IT'S LIKE ASKING SOMEONE TO TRANSLATE FROM "IRISH ENGLISH" OR "AUSTRALIAN ENGLISH"!
