I really like this guy, but he's my best friend, If I tell him I like him, it might ruin our friendship! I want to go out with him, but i'm scared! How do I ask him out! Help!!!!!!!

Ask him if he wants to hang out together. Go to a public place. Not a romantic couple site or what. But don't make too big a move. See how the day goes and at the end of the day, see his reaction. He will show that if he actually has feelings for you if he said stuff like "I really enjoyed today. Maybe we can do something again?" and you'll be lucky if he kisses you.

You need to just let things develop. Don't rush into anything just keeping flirting and he will get the hint. He still has a part of his heart attached to someone else so just ease on in and it might just work out.

Ask him, "Hey you want to go out dancing?"
Dancing is one of the best ways to show a person you really like them. Body language is important......taking hold of his hand when you dance.....not grabbing his butt is what I mean by body language.....even a cute smile or a soft touch on the arm. Yeah I'm old school....but it works.
He probably knows that you have feelings for him anyway.

just hang out at the movies and casually hold his hand. if he seems uncomfortable givbe it time before you try something else. if he seems open to it, keep holding it and then start showing other small signs of affection. good luck!
