wash them off and put them in a 350 degree oven for about 7-9 minutes your looking for golden brown, watch them though they burn easily. you can eat plain or add salt... (before cooking or it won't stick) or you can add cumin or cayenne pepper

First I make sure that they are rinsed off really well. Then I let them dry off a little bit (1/2 hour or so). I preheat the oven to 350. I spray non-stick cooking spray (Pam) on a cookie sheet. I spread the seeds out on the sheet in a single layer and salt well - I like to use a sea salt grinder. I bake for about 20 minutes, but I check them after 10 minutes and give them a stir and spread them back out. I then check them every 5 minutes until they are dried out and lightly brown. I let them cool on the tray and put them in an air tight container. If they are not completely cool when you cover them, they can lose their crisp.
Enjoy and Happy Halloween!

Separate the seeds from pumpkin flesh and strings. Wash them well and spread them on paper towels to dry. Next spread seeds evenly over a cookie sheet. Heat them in a 375-degree oven for 20-30 minutes. raise the oven temperature to 400. Brown the seeds for five to 10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot or cold.

I bake mine in a single layer on a baking sheet (well salted) at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. You can adjust the time as to how well done you like them. Just start checking them after 10 minutes until they are to your liking
