Make pudding. Custard. Homemade ice cream. Hot chocolate. Anything that involves cooking it will stop it from going bad.

If you really think it will be too much of a push to use it, call your local food pantry. If it doesn't expire for a week they'll take it.

If you have a www.freecycle.org (it's a Yahoo group) locally, you could post it tomorrow morning to give away and someone would come and get it within a couple of hours.

Make a big pot of potato soup. Peel and cut up about 10 potatoes in a large pot, add some celery and onion, if you have it and cover with water, then add how ever much milk for the soup you want to make, salt, and pepper and a stick of butter, cook till potatoes are done. Yummy!

Milk is still good about a week after the expiration date.

One thing you could do is make soup. Cream soups are really good. Potato soup, Cream of Broccoli, something like that?

do any of the following:
1.give it to your dog (if you have one)
2. buy some cereal, eat em
3. put it in coffee ( acts as creamer)
4. make a shake. add some fruits like strawberries, mangoes, or bananas
5. use it on your face. i know milk has some properties that is good in keeping your face smooth and soft

Pour a cup out of the container to give expansion room and then freeze it. I buy milk when it is on sell and freeze it. You just need to get it out and put in in the frig early enough to allow time to thaw.

You can make a cream soup of any kind. It takes alot of milk to do. Make cream of brocolli, corn chowder, cream of mushroom, etc.
Give it to the cats.
Eat lots of cereal.
Make a milkshake.
Turn it into cheese.
Bring it over here because we go through alot of milk :P

Remove some of the milk to compensate for expansion then freeze it and it will be just fine when it thaws.

First of all DON'T give it to a pet; milk is bad for them. You can make hamburger helper, hot chocolate, chocolate milk, instant pudding, au gratin potatoes, chicken casserole, all kinds of good stuff.
