My mom and sister dont want to talk about this-they want to keep me alive like a vegetable and let my organs go to waste. i have found someone who will carry out my wishes as i know they wont
how should i advise them of this. i dont want them to find out when i am in the hospital and the staff is having them removed from the hospital because they flip out

Keep your DNR in your purse, and your organ donor card in your purse. Tell them you have made this decision and it's out of their hands. It's YOUR body, not theirs.

Create a last will and testiment and have it noterized. Have a loyal friend hold it for you along with a lawyer.

Get a Living Will.
Have it signed and witnessed.

it is a legal matter. if you have the proper documentation then there is no issue. just tell them thats the way it is.
