Oh man that's rough. You should have called your dentist or whoever took the teeth. Are you still taking the percocet? If so it is probably causing the problem. Stop taking it and take ibuprophen (advil) that will help with the pain if you are still having any and doesn't upset the stomach as much. Also if you are taking an antibiotic it could be causing problems. If you are no longer taking the drug then go ahead and go to the ER or medical clinic. They will make sure your gums aren't infected and see if you have any other problems. They should give you something like compazine to keep you from throwing up. Sometimes your stomach just needs some help to stop, kind of like the hic ups. So get yourself some help. Try to drink some warm jello, make it according to the directions on the box except add 1/4 teaspoon of salt then instead of putting in the fridge pour it in a cup and drink. It isn't much salt so you probably won't taste it. The jello water is thicker than plain water so it is easier for you stomach, the flavor helps you get it down and the sugar and salt help your system replenish what you have been throwing up. Then once you think you can actually eat, try some plain crackers or dry toast. Once you have an appetite eat some yogurt, this will also help your body stabilize. Now all of this is a suggestion only after you have seen a doctor and/or you feel normal again, and assuming it doesn't interfere with your normal diet. In other words don't do jello if it will put you in a diabetic coma, okay? Hope you feel better soon.

you need to call the doctor and get a prescription for phenergan. I cant take pain pills as it does the same to me. I have thrownup for a solid week. and if you break out go to the emergency room I had to. the best thing for you right now maybe try seven up. or sprite. no cola caffeine will make it worse and maybe a few salty crackers with the 7up or sprite. you can also try filling a glass up with ice and then put about 3 inches of sprite in it and sip on it that way you wont drink to much and it helps me sometimes. jope you feel better sorry that you are sick.

Have you tried taking only half a Percocet? You are probably reacting to the medication. This can happen with Vicodin too. Call your dentist and ask if there is anything else that he/she can prescribe you or if he/she has any other suggestions. I know ibuprofen can help with the pain. Just try to drink water to prevent dehydration and talk to your doc/dentist ASAP.

Percoset contains a narcotic-like drug which is great for pain but
notorious for causing nausea. Switch to acetaminophen (Tylenol)
and ice packs, and avoid narcotics in the future. Try ginger root for the nausea.

Drink some 7-Up and call the doctor who prescribed the medication. You may be having an allergic reaction.

if you were under anesthesia, did you eat or drink anything before
if so that will make you really sick
call your oral surgeon
lastly, if no help yet, go to the nearest er you could also be having a bad reaction from the percoset

ask whoever prescribed the perkiset if there's something less harsh you can take...
and sip ginger ale with a cap full of bitters...(found at any grocery store in the soda/drink mixer section usually)

you should stop taking the pills and call your doctor right away. in the meantime, try just taking small sips of water or gatorade and increase gradually once you are able to keep it down.
