Is it ok to hit my girlfriend if she refuses to wash the windows?
I mean come on this is womans work after all !!

Of course you should! And if shes refused to wash the windows then you should force her to lick them clean - that'll teach her to slack off in front of the TV!!
Every woman needs correctional chastisement which is why men are physically stronger than women!
To spare the rod is to have to wash your own windows and iron your own socks - that is just so not on!!!

No a man should never hit a girl/..they should be man enough to walk away...if she is such a slacker why don't you wash the windows????come on this is the 2000...doesn't sound to me that you even need to have a girlfriend if that's the way you think (woman's work) you will die a lonely man thinking that way...if you ever hit her i hope she HITS you back

I think you already know the answer, but are curious to get reactions from people. Okay. We all get bored sometimes, right?
So if you can hit her if she refuses to wash the wondows, does she get to hit you for leaving the toilet seat up?
Better yet, don't hit at all. There's nothing to gain from inflicting pain on one another. All it does is hurt feelings, destroy trust and respect. So why do it? How about if you communicate and come up with solutions that are both possitive and fulfilling?

This is about the most refreshing question I have seen in ages. A man should be the master of his own castle, weak pathetic men who run around in circles not knowing if they are men or mice do not rule their roosts, they make women feel uncomfortable. A man who has the balls to rule his household runs a good and content ship. If you think it is easy to make difficult decisions you have to be a fool, to think this man is wicked or nasty is very shortsighted, like a child, spare the rod spoil the child. The woman concerned will learn what is expected far faster having been beaten than having some lillylivered girlieman in her life. All power to your arm young man is what I say. All power to you.

It is NEVER okay to hit anyone unless you are defending yourself! You should go apologize to her. Why don't you ask her why she won't if you haven't already? She might have a good reason for it. Even if she doesn't, you two will have to figure out a way to deal with it. Don't ever hit her, if she's trying to kill you or something then it's okay but it was stupid what you did. I don't mean to sound all b***** but it's true. And you're going to have to accept the consequences, unfortunately.

It's not OK to hit ANYONE unless they're threatening you. If she doesn't want to wash the windows, then she doesn't have to. There's no such thing as "women's work" anymore — it's 2006! I'm surprised she hasn't dumped you.
