It happens sometimes, but it isn't likely that it is caused by "bugs". It can just be irritation or congestion, I know that my ears itch when I have a cold. Be careful what you stick in your ears, though. You can damage your ear drums if you get stuff too far in them.

You may have hair spray or something like hair in your ear and it can just drive you crazy. the best way to take care of the problem is a hot soapy wash cloth and clean the ear, let some of the soapy water drip in the ear and then keep your head tilted for a few minutes then do the same with clear water to rinse. Next time you go to a nail salon, or health food store ask if they know someone that does ear candeling. You wont believe how much stuff you can get removed from your ears. The side you sleep on the most will be the cleanest. the one that is up will be full of ear wax and at the end, have them cut the candle in half and you will see what looks like orange powder, it looks like the cheese from mac and cheese in the blue box, that will prove if you have any bugs too, you should get your ears cleaned once a year. The tubes in your ears also run down your throat or near it, so if you are coming down with a sinus cold you might feel it when you sneeze, like a tickle. good luck

No probably just built up ear wax. Just clean your ear good tonight before you go to bed with a q-tip.

yes there are. bed bugs are too small to see with the eye, so are dust mites.
