Usually when a guy and a girl are going to kiss the guy will lean in one way and the girl will lean in the other way, and if this is your first time getting a kiss then maybe you need to ask a family member or 2 to demonstrait for you.

I was never kissed before and never kissed anybody but I saw on tv that the girl leans to the right. I would lean to the right if a guy were to kiss me so .

I have kissed ladies before without leaning at all. There is no actual answer for this question, because everyone does not kiss the same.

Forward! but can you really lean while in a sitting position in the sense of the word lean?
if you are standing I would say you actually arc your neck rather than lean.
