He's right it won't work. They re called high school sweethearts for a reason. When high school is over so is the relationship. This is just one of those tough parts about learning and growing up that kinda suck. There are going to be a ton of girls and parties at college. It would be totally unfair to deny him a full college experience. It would also be just wrong to place him in a position where he ends up cheating on you. This is a lesson that will hurt but trust me that in the long run it will be a valuable lesson. Too many people never learn to break up unless there is something major wrong. I wish you well.
