Would like to talk to corporate office and complain about the very poor service we get everytime we have to take in the vehicle with problems. There is an appointment and talked about at time of appointment what kind of problem and take first thing in the morning and we have to call in the afternoon to see if it is done and they say we did not look at it yet. Need to leave it until they can. This is repeat performance for them and sometimes it takes us 2-3 times back and forth to get them to fix it. This is crazy and at this point we don't want any ford vehicle if this is how FORD handles customers!!!!!!!

Having worked for several Ford Dealerships in my years as a mechanic, I can tell you that keeping good people is hard to do because all dealerships are money oriented. They pay a good mechanic poorly, and they leave.
There seems to be a policy that when a new man comes in, they will cover him up with work until they have him convinced that his job is secure. Then they give him just enough to survive on so he can't afford to leave.
Then they give him all warranty work and pay only book time, and sometimes nothing at all for certain jobs.
You can ask who the factory rep is, and call him for an appointment to discuss your problem at the dealership. He will meet you there, and you can talk with him as long as you like either privately or with the owner.
They will be very cordial with you and perhaps resolve your problems.
With the slowdown in buying and the lack of good people to do the work, there may not be a solution.

Sounds like you need a new dealer. There is a customer number in the owners manual that you can call and it will open a case file with the dealer, this is when the dealer should start taking notice of this problem and try to resolve any issues with you, if they don't then it looks bad on them if they don't make you happy.

sunpekes is right, this is how I see dealers operate

i individually don't think i might desire a storage to restoration it, your pal could. The engine isnt no longer ineffective, its in simple terms out of gas. (a million) she is going to need gas(diesel) from someplace to put in the tank so the motor vehicle will run, it won't run with out gas. (2)on no account EVER spray beginning fluid/ether right into a glow pluged diesel engine. (3) the egine could start up after repeated cranking, do to the gas pump sucking the gas out of the tank, or it may no longer. while it comes to the later, the air will could be removed from the gas line. there are a number of diverse procedures of removing the air from the gas line, reckoning on the make of the motor vehicle. some automobiles have a "schrader valve"(it is on the gas line close to the clear out generally, it resembles a tire valve), some have a primer pump it quite is administered by hand, others you may crack the line on the setting up and crank the motor vehicle till you get gas escaping from the valve or the line, then retighten the valve and start up the motor vehicle, additionally, take the gas clear out off and fill it packed with gas and then attempt to start the motor vehicle, it is going to help primw the pump.. or call street provider
