May sound a little strange until you try it ! I love a good white wine, with cream cheese covered in jalapeno pepper jelly. Pepper jelly isn't hot it just has a wonderful flavor when paired with the cream cheese and white wine

For me ? Anything LMAO ! But I would suggest a full bodied red wine/merlot with sharp cheese. Delicious !!

try a dark wine it's good with prime rib and different cheeses...and white wine is good with fish or chicken

use a white wine like chablis and a red wine like burgundy. then just buy different cheeses like gouda, swiss, cheddar, brie. have different type crackers like rye triscuits, wheat thins. have a tray of veggies with carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, peppers and onion dip in middle of tray.
