Just stay out of each others way, if that is not possible for instance due to mutual friend, work place, school, etc... then "do unto others..."

Stay away from them in whatever way possible. But I mean it depends on what the situation is....did they always not like you, so you didn't like them back? Or was it just a sudden hate? Anyways you need to talk to them if you can, but just pray about the situation to God, and I mean you need to make sure that you've tried every possible solution before ending up hating the people straight up.
