I just put my buffalo in the fridge w/ marinade. I don't usally marinade or cook meat. I don't want to cook it until tomorrow night. will it turn out ok?

You can always take it out of the marinade tonight before going to bed. Meats can be very easily over-marinated, they will look gray if that happens. But usually up to 24 hours is fine.

Marinate it with what? It should be ok, to much acid and it starts to "cook" the meat, poke it a few times with a fork to help it along since the fat content is very low and there no easy way for the marinade to permeate

Personally I think buffalo meat can tend to be kinda on the tough side. So, the longer you marinade it the better.

It takes a lot longer than overnight to over marinate meat. What are you marinating the buffalo in?

yes you can if the marinade has a high vinegar or acid (citrus) content, but in most cases, no.
it is, however, very easy to overcook.

It will be juicier and more tender than usual, but yes, it will be fine.
