Really and truly? Hot tea. Just drink lots of hot herbal tea with honey and lemon, sleep a lot and drink water. Hot water with lemon is great. Let the fever burn....it is your body's way of trying to kill the virus which has invaded. If you interrupt that process by taking a medicin to reduce the fever, you interrupt the healing process. Fever has to get REALLY high before it's truly dangerous - and the flu won't cause that kind of fever. Also, get a vaporiser and run it in a small room. I have even put it on the bed, made a sort of 'tent' under the sheets using an umbrella, and stayed under there for a while. It helps with the congestion. Just keep pumping fluids, and avoid 'real' tea, coffee, and caffeinated soft drinks.

IF YOU REALLY HAVE THE FLU THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO FOR IT. I KNOW EVERYTIME SOMEONE CATCHES A LIGHT VIRUS THEY COMPLAIN THAT THEY GOT THE FLU BUT THAT IS NOT THE FLU. REMEMBER WHEN GEORGE H.W. BUSH PUKED ON THE PRIMINISTER OF JAPAN AND SAID HE HAD THE FLU>> WELL HE WAS UP WALKING AROUND NEXT DAY IN PUBLIC. NO WAY HE HAD THE FLU UNLESS YOU CAN SAY THE BOOZE FLEW OUT HIS MOUTH. THE FLU STAYS WITH YOU FOR ABOUT TEN DAYS.

TheraFlu night time. Or if you aren't already that sick you could try Airborn. But that only works when you feel it coming on.
