i never had or used a home theater system before so im new at this. i was wondering if you could hook that up to your TV? if so how do u do it?
can you also hook it up with the computer?
i hope its simple....

the "systems" you see are just the speakers.. you need the amplifier, or A/V unit as well. I'd go to Walmart... they have a good selection at LOW prices.

Would not hook up either one to your TV or computer, would not work very well.
Speaker systems are fine for what you want to use them for, but what you also need is a home theater receiver or amp to power your speakers. Speakers by themselves do not work but need some sort of amplification.

You will need a 5.1 surround receiver for a home theater to hook up to your TV.

For you computer, you will need surround sound hardware to be able to do this, and a 5-channel amplifier.
