One place that I know you can find it is in WalMart, especially Super WalMart which has the supermarket side in addition to the regular store. They carry it in Target too.
I think it's the best tasting diet soda made today and the only good Grapefruit soda I know of.
If your local supermarket doesn't carry it, click on this link and send an email to the manufacturer (Coca Cola) and they will ask your store to carry it. They are biig on that type of thing.

If you're talking about "American Fresca" that in all the places listed above, but the real Mexican Fresca is only sold in certain locations (per the Coke customer service representative) I still have yet to find it in the U.S.

Yes, it's in original, citrus and raspberry flavors. I've not seen it at wal-mart, but any local grocer should carry it. It is made by Coke.
