See i work out at the gym every other day pushing up 2 hours every other day craning hard.
i went to the park the other day with my friends and they wouldnt let me on bumper boats because i was over 200 pounds now i want to lose weight and most of it is all muscle how i lose muscle?

It's great that you're starting so early -- you're really saving yourself TONS of effort and time by beginning now. Pat yourself on the back.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

You dont say how tall you are. Its kinda hard to determine if you are just a big guy or if you are actually overweight. See if you are really quite tall then your days on the bumper cars might be just as over as your tricycle days are.

If you are over weight most of it is not muscle and by a healthy diet and adding some cadio to your workout you will lose

you can lose that muscle by not working out anymore ant try to keep eating healthy!

if you are 200lbs of muscle...WHY would you want to loose it..if you try to loose now you may turn into a flabby mess...keep it muscle men are sexy
